Tradelink, the trade fabricator with 19 years experience of understanding installers’ needs, continues to invest in its employees and is pleased to announce that six more members of its team have achieved NVQ qualifications. Jim Moody, Managing Director of Tradelink comments: “The NVQ certificates that were awarded this time around were for a variety of courses from PVC-U fabrication to management, level four and follow a previous 35 certificates awarded last year. We consider training to be of the utmost importance which is why we invest tens of thousands of pounds every year in training programmes. To drive a company forward and continue to achieve ambitious growth targets it’s essential to have motivated, disciplined staff that have access to all the training they need.
“All of our NVQ courses are run in conjunction with West Suffolk College who also provide some of the funding for the courses. There is a lot of help available to companies who are serious about offering the best training opportunities to their employees and who are prepared to commit to a well structured programme of courses. As a World Class Manufacturer Tradelink is committed to continuous improvement in all areas of its business and put our employees at the heart of this philosophy.”
