Hanley Trade Frames and Spectus Window Systems have been successfully working together over the last three years, combining the latest in PVC-U extrusion, with over 30 years of fabricating experience. Both companies have just committed to working together for at least another three years; a choice Spectus believes is not only due to the premier product they produce, but was cemented by a change in their sales and marketing technique.
“It’s all about driving business directly to our customers.” States Spectus’ Sales and Marketing Director, David Oliver, “We don’t just sell our fabricators the plastic that they need; we help them get business through their factories so they want to build a lasting relationship with us. We see the fact hat Hanley Trade Frames have just signed to a three year contract with us as a testament to our change in strategy is working, for both of us.”
Spectus’ new directive looks to target consumers and contractors, then link them with fabricators and installers in their network. Spectus are also offering guidance with marketing and networking; access to their renowned technical team, both in the field and on the ‘phone; and brand new telephone sales support, actively pursuing business for their customers.
Steve Thomas, the Managing Director at Hanley Trade Frames, commented on Spectus’ change in strategy, “We have never asked for help from Spectus with regards to our own sales and marketing, but after speaking to the team and seeing where they can help us gain some exposure and what resources we now have at a ‘phone call away, we know this is the right partnership for the both of us. We look forward to seeing the results over the next three years.”
When there’s collaboration between two forward thinking members of the industry, we can only imagine where the next three years will take them.
