Hurst launches collection with a European flavour

A stunning new collection of contemporary aluminium and PVC-u panels has been unveiled by Hurst Plastics.

The exclusive range brings an array of fresh, European inspired designs, which make the ideal entrance to a more contemporary styled property. The Modern Collection features eight on trend designs, which are available in any colour in aluminium and in selected colours in PVC-u. Featuring bold, geometric panels and a splash of crisp metal, every design comes with a choice of backing glass to add a touch of individuality to the door.

Mark Atkinson, Hurst Plastics’ sales director, says: “We’re delighted to be leading the industry once again with the launch of this exciting collection, which meets the demand of the style conscious homeowner for more modern door styles. Our aluminium panels satisfy the gap in the market for alternatives to PVC-u and come in an unlimited choice of colour options, and we’re very confident that it will be met with great enthusiasm by the industry.”

The Modern Collection is available both in the UK and overseas and features in Hurst’s new brochure entitled “The International Door Collection”. The brochure also showcases two other ranges - the Jewel Collection and the Traditional Collection. Both ranges, which are available in PVC-u only, feature more classic lines and intricate glass.

Recent years have seen Hurst experience an impressive growth in its export sales overseas. Thanks to the high quality of its products and service as well as its reputation for delivering almost all of its products on time, the company now distributes its panels to more than 30 countries throughout the world. Margit Kirkeby, who left the company after nearly 10 years service, has just returned to Hurst as director of export sales. Attracted back to the company by the opportunity to grow the export side of the business, Margit heads up a team of dedicated sales and administrative staff.
