Hurst’s composite brochure flies off the shelves

Composite door brochure from Hurst Plastics

The composite door brochure from Hurst Plastics has been so popular that the company had to arrange for a reprint after 30,000 copies flew off the shelves in record time.

The bold 12 page brochure has now been updated to include new additions to the ever developing range of Hurst composite doors. Designed with the end user in mind, the second edition of the brochure is packed with both close up and “lifestyle” photography of the door to capture its two greatest assets - style and strength.

The new brochure showcases an impressive array of designs, styles and options and includes the new Hurst composite stable door, plus an extended range of fire door options.

Hurst’s composite stable door brings a touch of rustic charm combined with the benefits of low maintenance and high security. The door features the Vectis cylinder-free multi point lock on the top leaf. With its patented five lever operation the new lock, which cannot be bumped or snapped, offers total peace of mind. The door is available in a wide number of colour options and in solid or glazed form with a square, diamond or oblong glazing cassette in the centre of the top leaf.

The extensive Hurst composite fire door range is also included in the new brochure. Available in white, red, blue, green and black, the door offers the very highest in security and weather performance plus a full half hour fire rating (30 minutes stability and 30 minutes integrity). The range has recently been extended to include two solid options (Composite 6 and Composite 4) and three glazed options (Composite ½, Composite ½ Arched and Composite ½ Moon).

Every door in the Hurst composite range is complemented by an attractive range of suited door furniture in white, brass and chrome, which includes door knockers, numerals and letterplates. An optional colour co-ordinated weather bar adds to the visual appeal of the door. The Yale high security handle, which is PAS 24: clause 11 compliant, is fitted as standard on all Hurst composite doors. The door also now comes with a choice of two locking options - a Yale multipoint locking system, whose lock cylinder is endorsed by the Master Locksmiths Association and all leading insurance companies, and the new Vectis cylinder free multipoint locking system from ERA.
