From January 2009, Deceuninck will be offering a new service to its customers. The service, which will complement its product range, is an online Technical Centre. It’s an information library holding product images, certificates, installation guides and technical manuals for the Deceuninck full product range that customers can download with a click of a mouse.
As you would expect from Deceuninck, the Technical Centre is easy to use and navigate. Customers can search using keywords, so they don’t need to find or remember product codes. They can also search for information on all the products in a range, e.g. 2800 Decorative products. And once the customer has found the product they need, depending on their internet connection speed, information can be downloaded in seconds.
The Technical Centre makes mistakenly using outdated manuals a thing of the past because the documents in the Centre are always the most up-to-date. What’s more, because they can be stored and viewed electronically, they will free up storage space and offer untold environmental benefits.
The product images stored by the Technical Centre will make producing high quality marketing material much easier too, helping to boost customers’ brand identity – a boon in these uncertain times.
The Technical Centre will be accessed from the SynergeBuild website, the Deceuninck online information portal. To gain access to the Technical Centre, customers need to contact Deceuninck technical team. All technical staff, whether field or office-based have been fully trained, so will be on hand to offer customers any help or advice.
The Technical Centre will be available from January 2009 and field engineers will be introducing it to customers during their early New Year visits. Given its potential value, there seems little doubt the Technical Centre will be greeted with open arms!
