Bystronic launches training programme

Bystronic Glass UK has developed a seminar programme that will be introduced at Glassex but will be extended beyond the arena of the exhibition.

During the show the Bystronic Glass team will utilise the Energy Efficiency Zone to highlight aspects relating to the introduction of BS EN 1279 along with the ability to comply. These will take place on Tuesday 6th March and Wednesday 7th March 2007 in the Open Forum.

Reflecting all relevant issues this will provide visitors with appropriate information on production methods available from the company that can be integrated into existing manufacturing processes.

As the global supplier of high quality system solutions for the insulated glass sector, the company will be showcasing the latest range of economical and energy efficient machinery and services that deliver cost effective solutions and process improvement.

During Glassex Bystronic Glass UK will demonstrate its leading market position and will use the Open Forum as a platform to deliver the most relevant information on energy efficient products and services as well as issues affecting the industry as a whole.

With energy efficiency becoming such an important focal point for manufacturers Bystronic Glass intend to develop further in-house seminars to assist in accommodating the new industry standards and how they can effectively be achieved.

The introduction of the new legislation is an issue that the company takes very seriously and subsequent to the exhibition the Bystronic Glass team will take a pro-active stance to continue its training and support services for customers relating to the new industry directive.

Technical considerations, evaluations and associated information for IG manufacturers will be incorporated into periodic seminars where core business sectors and industry trends will be discussed in detail. Dates for the Bystronic Glass Seminars will be confirmed at the exhibition.

Steve Powell, Managing Director, comments, “We feel that Glassex will provide the ideal forum for us to launch our training and development initiative for customers. This will validate our assurance to provide the most consummate solutions that will increase production and substantiate our commitment to provide only the highest standards”
