The announcement of a new partnership between VELUX® and Guardian™ is an exciting development for installers according to Abcell, the UK’s largest trade manufacturer of the innovative roof system.
“To have these two huge brands working together is fantastic news,” says Paul Ford, Abcell Managing Director. “The Guardian Warm Roof system is already the UK’s number one conservatory replacement roof option. Being associated with a household name like VELUX can only further enhance its reputation.
“Windows are proving increasingly popular in both replacement roofs on existing conservatories and new single storey extensions. Homeowners want to be confident they are buying a respected, trusted brand, while installers need the assurance of a high-quality product that is a pleasure to fit and won’t give them the hassle of call backs.
“The range of options available from VELUX is also second to none and gives homeowners a massive selection to choose from, including remote controlled and programmable blinds, solar and electric roof windows, and even built-in automatic rain sensors.
“Also, because VELUX will be promoting the partnership with Guardian on their website and through TV advertising, we’re confident that our customers who are Team Guardian members can expect lots of new leads, which they’ll obviously be ordering from us.”
As well as manufacturing the Guardian Warm Roof, Abcell also produce and supply a host of other specialist products, including The Global Conservatory Roof, Warmcore bi-folds, patio doors and windows, and Stratus lantern roofs – and has recently announced a partnership with AluK to fabricate its full range.
Operating from its 100,000 sq ft state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Birmingham, Abcell also fabricate insulated glass units for window and doors, as well as a wide range of ancillary products, making them a one-stop-shop for trade customers.
Abcell offer fast turnaround times on every product they manufacture, along with a reliable free delivery service to site throughout the UK, using their own fleet of vehicles.
