Newview Windows, celebrated South East installer and trade supplier, walked away from a recent Heathrow Business Summit with several valuable leads.
The Worthing firm has a long-standing relationship with the country’s biggest airport – it’s a leading fulfiller of its noise reduction window scheme, and was one of a number of key suppliers invited to take a table at the event.
Local businesses from throughout the region were also encouraged to attend, as part of Heathrow’s ongoing efforts to engage with SMEs.
By connecting them with long-standing strategic partners like Newview, the Summit aimed to help them benefit from the airport’s expansion.
After talks by Heathrow Community Director Rob Gray and CFO Javier Echave, attending businesses met each other for fifteen-minute speed dating-style meetings to discuss how they could potentially work together.
“It was an excellent event, and really well organised by Heathrow,” comments Newview Managing Director Michele Wietscher. “We met a number of great local installation companies who expressed an interest in the trade supply side of our business, so it was an extremely worthwhile day for us!
“We also found a number of great local SMEs with a lot to offer. We were delighted to be able to introduce them to some of the key decision-makers at Heathrow, and hope they’ll go on to work together.”
In addition to its large-scale residential and commercial installation work, Newview also operates a Worthing trade counter open to builders and installers across the South East.
The company is able to supply a huge range of windows, doors and roofing and roofline products at excellent trade prices.
