Leading trade conservatory roof fabricator Contech Conservatories has recently expanded its prod-uct range with the addition of a number of ancillary options which will give customers greater opportunities in terms of design options and growth potential across the domestic and commercial sec-tors.
The Stoke-on-Trent based company has experienced an extremely busy period over the first half of this year with great feedback from customers, end users and specifiers alike.
The all new Supalite SkyVista is the latest addition to the range, combining the Supalite roof system with glass panels and this gives Contech customers greater sales potential thanks to the improved standards it offers. With excellent self cleaning properties and unique design options this striking new product provides outstanding solar control for renovation and new build projects.
On the back of popular demand for the Contech Conservatories roofing range, Director, Gareth Jones had already opted to introduce the Atlas Flat Roofing system to give a broader choice in respect of design and performance.
This striking product has proved very popular with homeowners looking to add more light and cre-ate rooms with a modern, more open feel to the roof design. For installers the simple to install, lightweight roof light has a 5 degree pitched kerb which can achieve an overall U value of 1.3 w/m2k.
In addition to this, the company is the only Stoke On Trent supplier of the Virtual aluminium frame composite door, from the Virtuoso range. Aluminium remains a highly popular choice for new build projects with architects and specifiers as well as homeowners looking to modernise their properties.
The new contemporary aluminium frame, which can be turned around in just 3-4 weeks, is available in black, white, grey and grey on white aluminium frame options which complements the composite door range. This option can be customised with a variety of glass, hardware, accessories and locking systems to provide customers with complete reassurance.
The Optima window and door range incorporates a flush casement window and includes many in-novative features that will help customers generate more sales.
Production has also been streamlined this year, having been geared up to optimise manufacturing methods in order to cope with the increase in demand for all products in the range with investment in new machinery, saw fabrication methods have been simplified and further automated.
Gareth Jones comments, ‘The increasing competitive pressure on fabricators means that a revision of products and services is essential. This year has been busy and consequently has required evaluation of our core areas.
Extending our product ranges and customer support services, ensures that our customers remain our top priority and will reinforce our market position in the long term. Staying ahead in a fiercely com-petitive market is done with measured steps but these are always focused on tailored solutions for our customers.
By complementing our K2 roof and Stratus lantern fabrication division with more industry related products has already seen positive results and strengthens our core business. The benefits of industry accreditation across the entire range gives greater and more significant assurances, which are key for our customers, who rely upon us to support their business.”
