The Glass and Glazing Federation and its commercial companies, the well-established and highly-respected industry body has joined forces with industry data specialists Insight Data.

The GGF Group - which includes BFRC, FENSA, RISA, GGFi and Borough IT, have signed up to Insight Data’s unrivalled Fenestration database. Accessed through Salestracker, Insight’s online prospect database, CRM system and email marketing platform, the database will provide the GGF with 24/7 access to real-time business information and contact details for over 15,000 fabricators and installers across the UK.

“We are absolutely thrilled to provide our services to the GGF Group, an organisation which represents businesses across the entire fenestration industry and many Insight Data customers,” comments Jade Greenhow, Operations Director at Insight Data. “We look forward to extending our long-standing relationship with the GGF and providing the information they need to promote their services and the support they can offer to businesses at every level.

“The GGF Group joins major systems houses, fabricators, component suppliers and sealed unit manufacturers who trust Insight Data for their industry-specific data and market intelligence. Being a GGF data supplier validates the value and quality of the service we offer to our customers.”

The Fenestration database is just one of Insight Data’s five key databases with the firm holding information on housebuilders, main contractors, local builders and even architects. The information is updated using a seven-stage verification process which includes over 20,000 research calls every month by Insight’s in-house research team. It also includes a direct feed from a credit reference agency which confirms in real-time if businesses have folded, moved or changed owners. In short, Salestracker provides accurate information for over 60,000 potential customers.

“We are really pleased to appoint Insight Data as our industry data provider,” adds James Lee, Group Marketing Director at the GGF. “We have been working with Insight Data – a GGF member for many years, and have seen the high-quality service they provide to businesses. Insight’s database will certainly play an important role to allow us to reach a wider industry audience.

“Through our relationship with Insight Data, we want to reach out to new businesses and promote the many benefits of becoming a GGF, FENSA or BFRC member. In addition to our 40 years of experience and knowledge, members can take advantage of our technical support services, our wealth of resources and stay ahead of any legislation or policy changes. What’s more, the GGF Group’s brands are recognised names to both the industry and consumer.”
