Polyframe delivers the full package

With the widest range of PVCu products in the industry, a raft of innovative developments and an incredible new marketing and showroom package, Polyframe has moved its support strategy up another gear to enable PVCu installers to win more business and stay ahead of their competitors.

Under a pledge to help customers sell more effectively, widen their scope and maximise opportunities in PVCu, Polyframe is welcoming installers who want to make the most of its industry-leading full service solution and achieve profitable growth.

Richard Lee, managing director at Polyframe, Halifax, explains: “Since becoming part of Customade Group in 2017, we’ve evolved. And now, by bringing the best range of products, the biggest choice of profiles and unrivalled expertise from the most experienced team in the industry, we’re helping our customers to evolve too.

“We’re passionate about adding value to our customers’ business and really enhancing their experience of working with us. The unique breadth of products, profiles and support we offer means that installers only need to look to one supplier for a complete PVCu package to help them succeed in the long term.”

“Our customers’ success is our success and we want them to be the best that they can be. We know from installer feedback that they operate more effectively, and profitably, by partnering with one single trusted supplier. The complete product, sales and marketing solution from Polyframe gives them a strong competitive advantage and ultimately helps them drive more sales.”

As part of its manifesto, Polyframe is unveiling a host of new products that have been designed to meet the needs of today’s consumers. Its latest introduction is a new Flush Sash casement window, which is available in Halo and Duraflex profiles, and gives installers a greater choice to offer to homeowners. The new window enables installers to tap in to the growing timber heritage replacement market and maximise lucrative sales opportunities.

Technical director Greg Hawksworth comments: “At Polyframe, we partner with installers who share the same ethos, values and ambitions for continued growth. We’re driven by our customers and we’re constantly working on new product developments to support them and enable them to explore fresh opportunities. Our rolling NPD programme will bring more new products, like the Flush Sash, to market to help our installers broaden their market reach, enhance profitability and achieve long term success. The next few months will be really exciting for Polyframe and our customers as we introduce more new innovations.”

Polyframe has now created the most comprehensive PVCu sales and marketing support package available in the industry to help installers to successfully promote and sell PVCu products. Its new, fully personalised marketing and showroom package spans five market-leading profiles – REHAU, VEKA, Halo, Duraflex and Eurocell – and, uniquely, Polyframe supports installers with dedicated retail brochures for each one.

The firm’s experienced in-house marketing team is also on hand to give customers an extra level of support. From delivering consumer sales leads to helping to develop successful marketing campaigns, the team provides installers with all the tools they need to differentiate themselves, promote their brand and maximise profitability.

Polyframe operates nationally and has four PVCu production sites in Norwich (fabricating REHAU), Halifax (fabricating Halo and Eurocell), Gloucester (fabricating Duraflex) and Livingston (fabricating VEKA) which collectively fabricate more than 13,000 frames a week.
