Tamworth installer achieves 90% conversion rate with real aluminium

An incredible support package and a brand new showroom has helped a REAL Aluminium installer to eclipse all targets and achieve an astonishing sales conversion rate of 90% in REAL Aluminium windows, doors and roofing products.

Since opening the doors of its new showroom in April, which is exclusively dedicated to REAL Aluminium products, Tamworth-based Bradley Scott Windows has significantly increased sales of aluminium and boosted its profit margins. The showroom – the only one of its kind in the area to display a full range of aluminium products – has already attracted many local homeowners, with 9 out of 10 of them going on to place an order.

Andy Farrington, owner of Bradley Scott Windows, explains: “We’ve been a successful PVCu installer since 1999 and wanted to get into aluminium but couldn’t find the right partner. Our goal is to become the biggest installer of aluminium products in the region and we needed to work with a supplier that would help us achieve this ambition and sustain our growth. I went along to a REAL Aluminium Customer Experience day and was immediately convinced they could provide all the support we needed.

“The REAL team helped us to design and set up our showroom and, in a matter of weeks, it was open. The showroom is busy all day, every day and sales are exceeding all expectations. When customers see the range of REAL Aluminium products on display, they’re really impressed with the look and quality. Opening the showroom made it easy to hit the ground running and make a huge success of aluminium. It’s been the best decision I’ve made!”

Bradley Scott Windows’ showroom displays an extensive range of REAL Aluminium products, which includes a window display, a French door, patio door, bi-fold door, sliding door, three aluminium entrance doors, two lanterns and a flat rooflight. The award-winning REAL Aluminium marketing team has helped to guide Bradley Scott Windows’ marketing strategy and provided a range of marketing and showroom materials, which includes brochures, wall graphics, pull up banners and hardware boards.
