Major UK property developers visit Deceuninck’s global HQ

A group of 12 major property developers recently visited Deceuninck’s global HQ in Belgium

Early this March, Deceuninck UK hosted a group of 12 major property developers at its global headquarters in Belgium. The group included several of the UK’s top developers

The visit was an opportunity for the key decision makers to learn more about Deceuninck and its sustainable range of high-performance commercial windows and doors. The developers were particularly impressed with Deceuninck’s patented Linktrusion™ technology and Decoroc colour coating system. Unique to Deceuninck, Linktrusion™ technology is a composite window system that makes extremely strong, high performance windows without the need for steel reinforcement. Deceuninck’s Decoroc colour finishing system is micro-sprayed for a highly durable, easy-clean matt finish and comes with a 10-year guarantee.

Commenting on the trip, Deceuninck Managing Director Rob McGlennon said: “We were delighted to take a group of high-profile developers to our global headquarters in Belgium. Guests were blown away by Deceuninck’s commercial windows made with Linktrusion™ technology. The composite windows are extremely energy efficient and strong, so specifiers and developers can design windows with much larger maximum sizes than PVC-U windows. The colour range and looks are a match for aluminium.

“They also loved Decoroc and its huge colour range. Decoroc is scratch, impact and abrasion resistant – so it’s ideal for commercial applications. The trip was an excellent opportunity to network with some of the biggest names in property development, and they also enjoyed a visit to nearby Bruges.”

Deceuninck has an impressive portfolio of commercial products and its commercial fabricators regularly work on many large-scale, prestigious developments. Recent projects include Hinkley Point workers’ accommodation (1,400 apartments); Imperial College London (1,100 apartments); and Trafford House, Basildon (4,500 apartments).

Deceuninck partners commercial fabricators and supports them comprehensively on specifications, contract generation, tenders and technical requirements.
