Leading hardware and tools supplier to the window and door industry, Window Ware, has strengthened their local sales force by appointing Brad Jackson as their newest Area Sales Manager. Brad is taking over from recently-retired sales veteran Alan Carvell to provide regional support and hardware expertise to customers in the Midlands, Derby, South Yorkshire and mid Wales.
Before coming to Window Ware, Brad spent four years working for a window fabricator in Coventry and another four years working for a hardware brand. He believes his genuine fabricator experience gives him an excellent understanding of what window manufacturers want from a hardware supplier; he knows how important product quality and delivery reliability is to fabricators in keeping production lines moving and helping to grow the business. Thanks to his hardware background, Brad also brings a wealth of product knowledge ready to support customers and help them select the right tools for the job.
“I have always wanted to get in to sales,” explained Brad. “And when the opportunity arose to join Window Ware, I knew the role would be a good fit for me with both my fabricator and hardware experience. I spoke to ex-colleagues about the company and the positive feedback I got back prompted me to apply.”
Brad is keen to bring his customers the high levels of service they expect, alongside the excellent products and unrivalled choice Window Ware is renowned for. He went on to say, “I’m going to dedicate my first few months to settling in and getting to know my customers. My predecessor had formed strong, long-standing working relationships with many fenestration firms in the region and I want to build on those solid foundations.”
