Polar NE has become the latest thriving firm to purchase a state-of-the-art CNC from elumatec.
Founded in 1983, using quality systems from Kawneer and Comar, the Middlesborough fabricator has contributed to hundreds of refurbishment and new-build projects all around the country – and in the commercial sector, quality and reliability are paramount.
“At Polar, we’ve got ambitious plans for the years ahead – not only continuing to grow our presence in commercial, but also expanding into the higher-end of the residential market, too,” commented Operations Director James Hill.
“To achieve that, we needed to take our fabrication capability up a gear – and that’s why we called elumatec.
“We’ve been using a number of smaller products from elumatec for years, and have been hugely impressed with the quality. When we approached them about making a bigger investment they really took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for, and went on to recommend the perfect product for us.
“With the SBZ 122, we’ve been able to future-proof our factory, and lay the foundations for future growth.”
Andrew Robson, Technical Sales Manager at elumatec UK, commented: “The SBZ 122 is one of our most popular models. It’s been tried and tested by fabricators all around the world, and is guaranteed to provide exactly the sort of best-in-class quality, efficiency and reliability that Polar need to take their business to the next level.
“As ever, it’s fantastic working with them, and we wish them all the best in the years ahead.”
Founded in 1928, elumatec has grown into the world’s biggest aluminium machinery company over eighty years in business. Winning a global reputation for quality, innovation and excellence in design, elumatec has a presence in dozens of countries around the world, and across all five continents.
