The Conservatory Outlet Network celebrated the year’s outstanding achievements at a network away weekend in the stunning city of Edinburgh.
Over 80 Conservatory Outlet Network members stormed the surprise venue of Edinburgh Castle for the highlight event of the weekend and took over the unique venue for a ‘right royal affair’. Complete with an exclusive performance from the fully suited and booted Stockbridge Pipe Band in the heart of the castle, another truly fantastic year was celebrated in the highest possible style.
Edinburgh 2017 marked the 5th annual network Gala Dinner held by Conservatory Outlet, with a taste of Scotland identified as this year’s agenda.
Gathered within the walls that once housed centuries of Scottish history, guests were thanked for traveling to the city for this year’s event, and a special mention given to those who had achieved over 95% recommendation rate on the Conservatory Outlet online review centre.
Long standing member awards were also handed to Amber Home Improvements (Norwich) and Joedan Home Improvements (Tewkesbury) as a celebration of their first 5 years as a Conservatory Outlet retail partner.
The acquisitions of both Pennine Home Improvements and Clearview Home Improvements were also recognised, along with special congratulations for West Yorkshire Windows who celebrated their 25th Anniversary of trading in 2017.
Conservatory Outlet Group CEO, Greg Kane went on to brief the network guests on a number of projects in the pipeline for the coming year including the launch of the Conservatory Outlet App, a full suite of new brochures as well as new additions to the network’s product portfolio.
Due to the unique business model of Conservatory Outlet, which offers an exclusive trading area to each of its retail partners, the network regularly meets to share best practice, socialise and learn from each other.
Conservatory Outlet Managing Director, Michael Giscombe said “Edinburgh 2017 has arguably been our most special gathering so far. I have to admit, standing in the heart of Edinburgh Castle and watching the Stockbridge Pipe Band play exclusively for the Conservatory Outlet Network has to be one of, if not the proudest moment of my time at the company.
This year friendship was a poignant theme to the event, every year I am humbled by the fact that we can all come together, without conflict of interests to share experiences like this, knowing that we really can all learn and share ideas from each other in the process.
We have been absolutely blown away by the feedback for this event! We’ll have to work hard to try and beat it for 2018!”
