Launched in 2015 after two years of research and development, the LEKA Warm Roof has taken the market by storm and is widely recognised as one of the best in its sector. Rhys Hoddinott, Director of LEKA Systems, says: “The solid conservatory roof market is booming, so there is no better time to find out what the LEKA Warm Roof has to offer your business.”
The LEKA Warm Roof typically weighs within 30-40kg of a traditional glass conservatory roof, which means (in most cases) existing conservatory frames are able to take the weight of the new LEKA roofing system without needing additional reinforcement.
Its lightweight construction also gives it its exceptional U value of just 0.15 W/m²K. that means it really does turn a too cold or too hot conservatory into a year round room. The LEKA Warm Roof uses a structural, 100% weatherproof, lightweight insulated boarding system in place of the usual outer plywood, GRP in the structural roof rafters in place of aluminium and timber and lightweight insulated finishing board in place of the plasterboard on the internal finish.
As well as giving homeowners the room they have always dreamed of, the LEKA Warm Roof has plenty to offer installers too. It is JHAI-approved and BS EN13706 compliant so it meets all the legislation requirements and means building applications can be fast tracked in most cases. The innovative construction of the roof means it is also very quick and easy to install – average installation takes just 2-3 days, including removing the old conservatory roof.
The Warm Roof is proving an important product for the market and is opening up a wealth of opportunities for installers. But not content to have just one market-leading product to their name, the LEKA team have been hard at work developing a new product that will open up even more opportunities. Launched at this year’s FIT Show, it rapidly became a big talking point.
So if you want to add value to your business, give the company that’s blazing the trail a call: LEKA Systems.
