Endurance® Doors have recently completed a marketing survey using Survey Monkey to generate valuable feedback, as they continue to develop marketing collateral that’s designed to perfectly meet the needs of their rapidly growing and discerning customer base, for solid and secure composite doors.
This was the first of what will become periodic, yet regular, surveys from Endurance® Doors, as they look to champion customer needs in the composite door market. With just five questions, the short research campaign was quick for respondents to rate existing materials and to vote for anticipated and important new selling tools.
Topping the polls was the fact that over 90% of respondents found the 92-page brochure and the online Door Designer either somewhat or very useful. Colour swatches and corner samples also scored well over 80% in the research that was conducted earlier this year.
The feedback from the survey also highlighted a number of new marketing materials that would help the selling process for their unique, solid and secure composite doors and included separate glass and hardware brochures, which are already in the final stages of development.
