Endurance® Doors have just introduced a new suited, Fab&Fix architectural hardware range, through their hardware partners ERA, which is designed to offer designer chic appeal and greater choice for their range of solid core composite doors.
The new hardware range from ERA is part of a suited architectural range which includes a contemporary design handle, letterplate and vertical knocker in the proven hardex bronze, chrome, gold and graphite finishes. All of the hardware elements within this range meet the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 Corrosion Resistance (480 hours), for longevity and lasting performance.
The architectural handle is available in lever/lever, lever/pad and in inline and offset versions, with colour co-ordinated screw heads and from a security aspect, also meets the requirements of PAS 24:2012 and Secured by Design. The handles have also been tested in excess of 200,000 cycles, while the letterplate boasts a test loading of 25,000 cycles.
The launch of this dedicated range of architectural hardware could well be another industry first for Endurance® Doors, hot on the back of the recent launch of the new heritage hardware range. Both of these products are being incorporated into the Door Designer, which has seen a surge in activity in recent months, as consumers and trade partners look to create the best performing, solid and secure composite door in the sector.
Stephen Nadin, managing director of Endurance® Doors commented: ‘The new architectural hardware range is a real inspiration and offers a real point of differentiation for our trade partners. It forms the finishing touch to the clever product engineering that we put inside our composite door slabs and combined with the new heritage hardware range, offers greater design choice.
