Friendly new voice at Business Micros

Sophie Whytock has joined the team at Business Micros’ Penpont office, providing admin support to the programming and support teams.

She is already becoming a familiar, friendly voice to Business Micros’ customers, logging support calls and processing software licence renewals.Sophie is the latest recruit to the team run by Jude Knowles, who was named the industry’s Unsung Hero at last year’s G-Awards. Jude said: “Sophie has already shown that she’s got the right positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm so she’s fitting in perfectly here.”

After a record year in 2016, Business Micros now has 37 full time and part time staff based both at Penpont and at Newton Le Willows. The company has shown a real willingness to invest in recruitment and training and now has what it believes is the biggest and best resourced team in the industry.
