Polyframe has become one of the first fabricators to start manufacturing composite door frames using the new slimline outer frame profiles recently launched by REHAU.
The G-14 Fabricator of the Year is now manufacturing complete composite door sets for customers using the new REHAU TOTAL70 62mm profile at its dedicated door manufacturing facility in Mansfield.
Simon Loker, Marketing Manager at Polyframe, said: “The new door profile is a fantastic addition to the REHAU range. It means that all those installers who currently buy their REHAU windows from us can now buy REHAU doors as well.
“They can offer their retail customers a complete REHAU package and they can order it all from Polyframe direct.”
Polyframe has already begun manufacturing composite doors in the REHAU outer frame, with a choice of more than 20 different slab styles in 10 different colours.
REHAU’s Marketing and Technical Director Gareth Jones added: “Polyframe has been quick to realise the potential of the new outer frame in terms of winning business from all those installers who like to fit REHAU.
“They are successfully promoting all the benefits of being able to suite the door frames with side lights and matching window installations in REHAU TOTAL70, and are making sure that their REHAU customers don’t have any need to go anywhere else.”
The REHAU composite door profile was specifically developed to allow fabricators like Polyframe who are already manufacturing composite doors to offer a fully suited REHAU window and door package.
It can be used to produce a door with a DER A rating and works neatly with all of the most widely used low thresholds on the market.
