Imago Lift and Slide Doors launches with roadshow

Imago Point Distributors have hosted a roadshow of launch events across the UK and Ireland to showcase the Imago Lift & Slide super-slim timber doors system attracting architects, joinery companies and installers.

Audiences discovered how hardware supplier AGB’s new Imago has pushed the boundaries of wide span wood door technology. Joinery companies seeing the potential were quick to follow up the roadshows by signing up as Imago Point manufacturers.

“We were incredibly happy with the response from designers, joinery companies and installers seeing Imago for the first time.” says Marco Zen, UK and Ireland Sales Manager for AGB. “It was encouraging to receive orders straight away for Imago Lift & Slide Door hardware packs for showroom displays and even some projects.”

Imago Lift & Slide Doors are set to fill a gap in the market for customers who want large span doors with a big glass area to frame the view. Architects, joiners and homeowners can find inspiration and specification advice on the dedicated website.

Alan Malcolm, Sales Director at Imago Points Distributor Sealco says: “We’re already getting great feedback from customers and prospects about Imago. The ability to create a large timber framed glass area that frames the view with a high security, weatherproof lift and slide door system offers great potential for designers and installers.”

Imago Point Distributors held the roadshows in Cambridge, Bridgwater, Scotland, Belfast and Dublin. The super-slim timber door frame never fails to impress people when they see it. Joinery companies were able to find out how easy Imago Lift & Slide Doors are to manufacture. They also offered advice on how to ensure all doors and windows are fully CE marked to comply with the legal regulations.
