Leading fabricator framexpress ltd has recently held a number of insightful seminars for key customers in conjunction with Tradelynks and Profile 22. The courses have been developed to assist in further strengthening business relations and helping customers to promote their own companies in a constructive way.
A very favourable response has been received from frameXpress customers who have clearly stated the positive benefits and relevance in attending the workshops. Some have expressed an interest to attend future seminars that will be held later in the year on a variety of topics.
The seminars last for five hours and it is intended that they will be run in quarterly sessions. A factory tour concludes the tutorials to highlight the substantial investment that has been made by frameXpress in diverse areas such as people, automation and software.
The in-house seminars were introduced specifically to assist FrameXpress customers in improving their profit margins. Advice was given regarding internal and external marketing activities, combating price differentials, expanding existing customer bases and pushing businesses into prospective industry sectors.
Based in Telford, frameXpress is considered one of the most progressive manufacturers with an ongoing development programme that is designed to ensure customer satisfaction remains a main priority.
The team at frameXpress prides itself on producing only the highest standards by using quality suppliers including Stuga, Rotox, Profile 22, K2 Roofing, Winlock, Maco and Pilkingtons. These key elements were highlighted to demonstrate the superiority of the products in the FrameXpress range and to assist the customers in further promoting their companies.
Other aspects incorporated into the seminars included tips on lead generation and some useful advice on how to approach new prospects.
