Insight Data has announced the launch of an all-new version of its sales and marketing software, Salestracker.

The company describes the new system as ‘bigger thinking’ and believe it will help all companies, large and small, manage their sales and marketing more effectively.

Helen Costeloe Hughes, commercial director explains; “In the same way companies rely on Sage for accounts, or Excel for spreadsheets, they need a system to manage their sales and marketing. We have designed the new generation Salestracker to intuitively help companies improve marketing results, manage leads and drive sales.”

Salestracker is designed for trade, commercial and new-build suppliers in the window and related industries. The new system has been re-written from the ground-up and includes a full lead management system to record, track and report on leads, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and marketing campaigns.

“CRM systems are a thing of the past. People need key information, live in real-time, wherever they are. This is exactly what Salestracker delivers” adds Helen.

Salestracker is a web-based system and comes pre-loaded with the users selected prospect data from the Insight Database, such as fabricators, installers, builders/white van man, architects or house-builders. There is no software to install or maintain and the data is constantly updated and refreshed behind the scenes by Insight Data’s research team.

The new version of Salestracker has some very useful extra features, including a financial snapshot and credit scoring were available, along with a suite of tools to help companies get ‘sales organised’ such as task managers, documents, and reminders.

The system already has over 600 users, and Insight provide full training and support. A free demo is also available.
