REHAU fabricator Shepley has launched what it says is the complete composite door with a whole host of popular features which installers can use to help them win business and increase profits.
The Visage collection is supplied in an energy efficient, high performance REHAU 70mm outerframe and is available in seven different colours and 18 different designs, plus three stable door designs.
What sets the collection apart however is exclusive new glass designs and all the very latest hardware which consumers love and which crucially provide additional profit opportunities.
Ian Griffiths, Sales Director of Shepley Windows, says: “As composite doors have risen in popularity so competition has increased and prices have inevitably fallen. What our Visage range does is give our installers the opportunity to win business and increase their profit margins by promoting new and desirable features to consumers.”
In terms of hardware, for example, the latest options available are Yale Keyfree locking for contemporary properties and tech savvy homeowners, and Antique Black furniture for doors being installed in traditional properties.
The Yale Keyfree door lock offers real opportunities for boosting profit with a hi-tech solution which allows homeowners to use either a simple key fob remote control or an in-built key pad to lock or unlock their composite door. Shepley says installers can benefit from the significant marketing investment which Yale is making to support the product in the retail market and of course from the strength of the Yale brand.
The Antique Black furniture includes traditional letterplates, door knockers and stylish, easy to grip handles which create an authentic look and feel for the classic range of Visage Composite doors. Manufactured from solid die cast zinc, they match the rest of Shepley’s hardware range in terms of practical design and robust specification.
This furniture range particularly complements the exclusive new glass designs which Shepley has specially commissioned to give its installers options which aren’t available anywhere else.
Four stylish and original new designs have been added to the range, all of which can be matched to standard obscure glass in side or top lights to produce a perfectly coordinating door set.
A new retail brochure for the Visage composite door collection includes full details of all the new products and has been specifically designed to make it easy for homeowners to choose the door they want with the colour, glass and hardware options for each door shown clearly on a double page spread.
As well as the new brochure, Shepley is also offering all its composite door customers access to its Visage door designer portal via their own personalised log in, so that they can choose and view the exact door they want online. Installers selling direct to retail buyers can even upload a photograph of the customers’ property via a photo app and then instantly display and print off the chosen door design ready to order.
Ian Griffiths adds: “We are determined to give our installers the products and the sales tools they need to make sure they can maximise the opportunities presented by the fast growing composite door market. We’re making all the necessary investments whilst retaining the original Shepley values of quality and service.”
Installers who want to find out more about the new products, obtain a copy of the brochure or price list, or order a log in for the door designer portal can visit the new Shepley website at www.shepleytalk.co.uk
