Snowdonia Windows, based in North Wales and Cheshire, have always upheld their mantra – to make houses into homes; and no-one delivers this message with as much conviction as four of their Retail Sales Representatives, who have a combined length of service of over 100 years.

With the retail sector generally having a high turnover when it comes to recruitment in the sales force, Snowdonia see their staff loyalty as a testament to their dedication and investment in the future; with emphasis on the personal service, derived from a family run business.

Snowdonia has been fabricating and installing for nearly 35 years and was one of the first UK companies to invest in manufacturing PVC-U. Their quality promise is aided by using Spectus Window Systems’ profile to fabricate their products, enabling them to deliver what they believe is a superior choice in their area.

Director of Snowdonia Windows, Alan Wheatley, gave his thoughts on why their sales force remained loyal, “It helps when you believe in the product you are selling. We offer a bespoke service; each window, door and conservatory is tailor made to suit the customer’s home. We can provide this service because Spectus supplies us with a full range of PVC-U options. They have an ever expanding EcoSpec range, allowing us to cater to those more environmentally minded. In addition they have launched Spectrum, Spectus’ new foiling policy, so we can offer our customers a wide variety of colour options; without us having to incur set up fees or minimum order surcharges. We then manufacture the frames at our own factory in Mold, ensuring we have complete control from design to installation, so we can guarantee high quality at every stage of production.
