Outstanding Success for the Vectis Plus !

ERA Security Hardware Solutions is celebrating the successful introduction of the ‘Vectis Plus’ multi-point door lock into the UK fenestration market.

Launched as a new innovative security combination, the Vectis combines a multi-point locking system with a traditional brass key entry with a 5 lever locking mechanism incorporating the latest anti-picking features.

Investing in home security is often one of the biggest commitments that most homeowners will make; they need a system that will provide long-term security against the opportunist thief.

Designed and patented by ERA the UK’s largest lock manufacturer, the Vectis easily meets the challenge by incorporating twin robust deadlocking security hooks, up to four pre-compression rollers for weathersealing and steel keeps located in the outer frame.

Unique innovation

Designed as a natural evolution the Vectis Plus provides the same high security benefits associated with the cylinder-free lock, but with the addition of extra reinforcement in the form of hardened steel plates to provide enhanced strength against any potential aggressor.

The Vectis Plus is also available as the ‘Trimlock’ with a full width 44mm decorative aluminium face plate with a compatible hinge trim designed to encapsulates the edge of the door frame providing an aesthetically clean and highly secure finish to composite doors.

Fully tested in ERA’s own in-house UKAS test facility, the Vectis Plus is designed to meet the latest British Standards and Secured by Design security recommendations..
