E.A.S. offers BFRC B and C rated windows

REHAU fabricator E.A.S. Windows is renewing its focus on energy efficiency with the addition of both BFRC B and C rated windows to its range.

The Oadby, Leicestershire based company, which supplies retail, trade and commercial customers throughout the East Midlands, says that it is responding to their demands for simple, off the shelf window solutions which enable them to satisfy both legislative and market requirements on energy efficiency.

Adam Spradbury, Managing Director at E.A.S. Windows, says: “Using the REHAU Tritec system, superspacer bars and Argon filled sealed units, we have developed two BFRC approved windows which achieve B and C ratings.

“The C rated window, which will become our standard casement offering, uses conventional Pilkington Low E glass, while the B rated version uses the Energikare glass unit which we will be making available to those who join the Pilkington Energikare scheme.”

“By linking E.A.S.’s local reputation for service and reliability with both REHAU and Pilkington’s strong brands, we believe we are offering customers a winning combination which they in turn will find easy to sell on to consumers and commercial specifiers.”
